I really like your shoes! Do you think they have my size? Then we could be triplets.

You really do have a thing for taking pictures of your feet, don't you?!?
Looking forward to your Cville visit.

Mom, next time we talk, remind me what size your Birkenstocks are. My experience is that you need one size larger for this particular shoe. I will hunt them down for you! (Did you know there is a Josef Seibel outlet about an hour away from where we used to live in Germany? :::weeping::
Jennifer, yeah, I have worried at times about my blog becoming a hangout for foot fetishists. Kinky! People who like pictures of women wearing bulky woolen socks and comfortable shoes.

Bonnie, a girl after my heart. I have those same things but in black.
I don't think I told you about my trip to the Trippen store in Berlin? OH the SHOES they have. Buttery soft ELK leather in the most wonderful shapes. I was plotzting, I tell you. I spent more money there than i ever have on any shoes, EVER. Guilt? nah. Who feels guilt when they buy art?

From one sole mate to another: those new used shoes are bitchin'! I do so love ebay for good new used shoes; every pair of Elefanten that Emma's ever had came off of ebay. Shop on!

Karla, I will have to get all the details of the Trippen store should I ever make it back to Berlin. I am kicking myself (with my new used shoes) for not doing more shoe shopping this summer. WHAT was I thinking?
Julie, you are indeed my sole mate! I'll be thinking of you today.
