Bonnie, what an absolute sweetie you are! Wow--were Grandpa and I ever that young? (Twenty-four and three-and-a-half, or thereabouts--it was the spring of 1946!) I had a great birthday today and wish you guys could have been here to help me celebrate. Thanks so much for the book and for the subscription to Scottish Life. (Did you see that article about the Isle of Skye? Let's go baaaack!)
