I remember my cats not getting along at first. I got Emily when Cody was 3 years old, and Cody hissed at her and acted withdrawn from the household for awhile. Emily just wanted to play with him all the time though. Eventually he came around. They get along okay now, but the roles have reversed in their old age. He likes her more than she likes him.
