I may have confused you (and others) with my kayaking story. I mentioned that my son went kayaking in Maine some years ago, but last weekend's trip was actually in Westport Massachusetts.
Had been following Pandabonium's calm persistence in getting a Lido all the way from the factory to Japan - it's quite a good read. The red tape seemed more formidable than the Pacific. Wonderful irony that the brand new trailer itself had to be trailered to the launch ramp. Rule makers and bureaucrats seem equally obtuse the world over.
But didn't know of the new blog. Thanks for the tip.
