Can't wait to see the cars! I remember my brothers doing this when they were young. My dad made them do the car themselves too - but would tweak it with them in the end. Sure wish there had been an open division back then...
sigh...

You are so funny. "Rooting for the deer" - haha - I hope you get a big 'un tomorrow!
As for the derby - I know you will all have a fun time - it sounds like a good way to spend an afternoon with your family. And you are so thoughtful to make special time for the little boy who's dad decided to be a deadbeat. I admire you for it.

You know, before I started reading here, I really thought derbies were just the stuff of fanciful movies.

You are too awesome to help the other boys as well. Kudos to you Snag!
I can remember my pinewood derby days. It was all my Dad could do to keep his hands off the cars my brother and I were making. He did help us line up the decals and paint.
Pictures! We need pinewood car pictures. Show us what YA got!

I hope the Snags will be the new "Alabama Gang" at the derby tracks.
I went 2-2 for the season. I blew a chip shot Saturday morning at a cull spike. Good luck tp you.
