Hope all goes well - I'd say break a leg, but in view of your age-related health problem, maybe you need gentler good wishes than that.

I'll try to post the bread recipe, c'est tres simple. Yes, have a week off lined up when the kids are off school. Not going anywhere as LL couldn't get it as well, but will be a nice relaxing week. TB
