I love the nitty gritty of making it all work. I don't actually do any engineering these days I simply talk and email and delegate when necessary, but making the team work cohesively and effectively is what gives me the real buzz at work.

But being bored at a meeting took me back to a 3 day meeting I obce attended on the failure mechanisms of a process crital utility plant - boredom only begins to describe it!
