I never ever envy people with the so-called "Jet Set" life style...I worked for an exec.director who did just that and I saw what it did to him. Enjoy it while the novelty value lasts....enjoy it all for as long as you can endure it.
Oh I've done it before and think I can probably cope a few years before I'll have to change jobs to get away from it again. The novelty wore off many many years ago. TB

Over three years working in Sydney and having global responsibilities, I managed to spend over a fortnight actually in the air (leaving aside airport lounges etc). Aaaaargh.
Have you tried one of the new generation of video-conferencing set-ups? (I seem to recall the buzzword is telepresence)? I was reading about it in the Economist and it did look as though it was a big step forward from the best money could buy in 2000.
