Where I work the bosses generally don't behave very well. Counter productive. We don't give a toss and will never give them anything extra. Ever.

I always do FD (or try to), even if they're being shits. I've got a very simple rule, manage people as I want to be managed. It always shocks me how many managers don't understand this. TO get the best out of people, treat them decently
No yelling, no shouting, no tyranny. Saying that, I don't suffer fools or people continually taking the piss, but generally that works too. TB
