Some people say they dream of quitting the rat race, but you know they never will because they need that pressure - but I think that you are able to make that choice and still be fulfilled.

Life is compromise. I would love to spend more time with my family, but I know myself well enough to also know I need the mental stimulation work provides. Ideally I'd have a job that was closer to home and less hours that paid as well and kept me happy, but I don't. Better to have me happy and home a little less, than unhappy and home all the time. When I can I switch tracks to something else that keeps my mind working and leaves more time elsewhere, but it isn't to be... yet. TB
