So we hope! The green rough is very cool. We're going to keep it fairly low and simple, but it could (should given LL's green thumb) look realy lovely. TB

Just an extention to the existing building. A rather odd 1930's build, half arts and crafts half art nouveau. It is exciting, at least until it gets to the build part when it will be very unexciting and a major pain in the ass. TB

I know, and to be truthful I don't disagree with you. However, we're tearing down a pre-existing garage and building over it, so there's no new land loss other than a small strip of wasted space between. If someone suggested building on the field opposite us I'd be picketing. TB
