Can we create a virtual transparent self administered society, devoid of authority but full of responsibility, where every member of the society has equal right and participates virtually using his / her biometric and votes for or against any decision proposed by any member of the community. The community is formed in concentric circles from the village to the global level; a cluster of villages would form a block and cluster of blocks would form a district and cluster of districts would form a state and a cluster of states would form a nation and cluster of nations would form a region where decisions and finally the globe, where all decisions are totally democratic and transparent to the entire world. There can be no misuse of authority and every transaction would be transparent using biometric authentication and wrong actions are voted democratically and negated or reversed any time.
Is such a virtual society possible in the 21at / 22nd century?
