Is it just me, or does anyone else think Kos and the Kidz are gonna catch an epic beatdown from the rank and file traditional Democrat Party operations in every state where they show their face? I ask this because a friend who is part of the Staten Island Young Dems was in my yard on the Fourth and I asked him if his crew had any contact with the nutroots and he said "Yeah, we told them we had enough trouble trying to beat Vito (Fossella, the only GOP member of the NYC congressional delegation) without their insane crap getting in our way. Their presence would give Vito a stick to beat our brains in with. All he'd have to do was point to the way they'd been crucifying Lieberman, who most of the Island Dems like.
"If Harrison (the Dem candidate, who's from Brooklyn, which equals two strikes to begin with) allows them a place in his campaign a lot of us on this side of the bridge are gonna sit the damn thing out and let him go down in flames while worrying about helping the local guys win the state and city races."
TC, I've felt that way ever since the Dean implosion. About all that Kos and the rest of the lefty nuts can do is raise money, and even then they don't send it to the right candidates.
