This Scott guy sounds pretty cool. I would like to meet him. He sounds a little like me except my quest for knowledge was inspired by depression and feeling responsible for everything. I can say though that now I read that stuff for fun and not because I feel like I need to.

No matter your motivation, you actually did inspire me to go to school, and I still have that same drive you somehow gave me to continue my education still. I study something every night, whether it be history or computers, I'm reading or writing or wondering something.
