I had started the process of getting one before I moved to Minnesota because I was in the Blackhawk unit and looking at becoming a crew chief. I think I got a temporary one while the more thorough one was getting looked in to.

If I had one, I would start my own security agency and charge people millions to tell them that they need duct tape and plastic sheeting to be safe from al Qaeda
