Gravatar I am going to go to the gym a minimum of 5 times a week and get in marathon shape.

I am going to read a heckuva lot more and study more about Buddhism and meditation because they seem to help me deal alot with depression.

I want to start to write a book. Either this or something about my spiritual journey out of my funk. I think that one would be titled "In Search of Om"

I am also going to post here more. Most of my ideas either come up so quickly that I don't think of it or have too many curse words to risk upsetting someone else's readers.

I am also going to be a little better at everything than I was last year. Smiling, honesty, contentment, and knowledge. I will still make mistakes, but maybe just one less than this year would be a good goal
