I made it to closing time just fine, and had a good magazine in the back room.
The Red Army has not reached Adel. I'm sure it's all the angry people in Atlanta holding them up, or it could be that Adel just isn't worth invading. It's too long of a walk for such a small reward. All they have is a little computer shop downtown.

That used to happen to me when I worked the night shift at the gas station in college. As soon as i would decide to use the restroom, a group of drunk people would come in for chips and cigarettes.
