Right on! "He who is faithful in little..." has been well proven. Good point about potential--if these kids can do these things (possibly without God in their lives!) how much more should those who DO follow God be able to do!!

Amen!!! The things that God can do with us could be awesome...it's us that limits what we can do. Sometimes it's frustrating because I know God is calling me, I just don't know exactly what He's calling me to do. I'm assuming it has something to do with writing or acting, but I just don't know what.

It's awesome, you guys have the chance to impact people (through your blog) and you are! This blog has had such an impact on me, encouraging me to "Do Hard Things" Thanks guys!

I read about Michael the other day, and was amazed at the things he had done. It wasn't until I read this article that I found out he was homeschooled.

They tend to mask that fact out of a lot of articles, don't they...

But wow, I'm shocked at how many teens are making names for themselves, as you said, 'Doing Hard Things'!

It's certainly encouraging. I'll keep pressing on, and let's see if we all can do as much or more than they have, and in the name of Christ!

any girls you could mention? I can't think of any off the top of my head, but I'm sure there are plenty!

Hey Sally... There are several girls we will be mentioning on The Rebelution over the next few weeks. And actually, what makes it so exciting is that two of the girls (sisters) are not just examples of young people doing hard things, but they are true rebelutionaries in every sense of the word: doing hard things according to God's Word, as young women (not as young men or young "people"), in a way that glorifies God and changes the world.

We're really excited about it and will be posting as soon as time permits.

For now, be sure to send us stories of any rebelutionaries you can find, whether past or present. (Email: rebelution [dot] blogspot [at] gmail [dot] com)

I think I know who the sisters are.

Botkin Sisters, anyone?

:)

I'll let you know if I find any stories!

Thanks for keeping up the blog guys!

God Bless!

~ IN Christ, John.

Very cool compilation of teen heroes today. It always amazes me that homeschooled students constantly score higher on tests, achieve greater goals and in general make a bigger impression on the world than public schoolers. We, as homeschoolers, are not alone! Thanks for reminding us of that.
