If he is small make sure your backyard fence is nice and filled in.
But puppy? wow, I forsee (and hope for) a lot of posts here about puppy. Will it get visits with DM's cats?

He could visit kitties! I don't know if Dana's building will allow him inside though. He's going to get to know Mom's cats and three canines!
