Well, congratulation on being a (almost) homeowner!
As for school, I never did like classes where I had to rely on a group; I don't like having to depend on somebody else that I have no control over. Let me do my part and submit, and if the idiot holding us all back doesn't do his part let only he suffer, not the group for not being able to control him.
Only one more class! Then on for your Master's degree.
Yes, it is terribly stressful, but there's an end to it in the not-too-distant future. I usually try counting backwards from 1000 when I can't sleep. Your method is much more interesting.
I think it is so awesome that you've come this far. It's going to be so cool when you get your house and your diploma!
