I find it interesting that you were watching CSI: when this happened (wasn't that a creepy episode?) and so thank God you called the police. So many times no one does and then it is too late. I would think that others would have called the police as well or at least hope that they would.
Thinking of you and her. Hopefully this will be enough to get him kicked out of the apartment now. Maybe management will believe your complaints about them now.
How disturbing for you but you absolutely did the right thing. I hate hearing people fight. I've never been exposed to it or had to deal with it. Hope it doesn't happen again.
That's why I moved out of apartments and into stand alone houses as quickly as I could.

Update: I still don't know what exactly happened. It's quiet upstairs now, but I heard a couple of guys on Saturday. Maybe she just left and he's still there. I just hope that she opens her eyes and leaves.
