Quite apart from that, I love your vest, love the bling...love your Johnny Depp impersonation...in fact I love everything aobut your b log. As you can see I've not quite regained control of my keyboard jjust yet.....LOL....

Thanks for listing my blog on yours. You are on my Blogline as well. I like the way you are listing your Crafting 365 projects along the side of your blog, I may have to consider doing this. One more thing!

I believe you have created a fabulous & wearable work of art! I especially favor the braiding of the ties on the back! Which I would like to use in a future project. If I were you, I would certainly add your initals or full name on this straight jacket. It'a a beautiful work of art, very creative and as the years go by you can pass it down, so please sign it. Oh, yes one need not be a "seamstress" to be able to sew. Your zigzag top stitch looks fine and putting the beads over the running stitches was a great touch. I love embelishments on items, it makes them more personal, one of a kind, a work of art. Thanks for sharing! :D

Jenny: hope your bladder is doing OK now... I really want to be Johnny Depp when I grow up, as long as he likes freeform.
Frances: of course I would link your blog!! You've got cool stuff. You may have noticed in terms of linking knitting blogs that I tend toward the personal. I reckon everyone knows about the Yarn Harlot et al by now...
Sheree- thank you for your kind comments and you are most welcome to borrow the braiding. The work is actually signed just below the "Addiction" tag (in silver Sharpie- we'll see how it holds up!), but thank you for the suggestion. My signature is XM [year] in case it showed in the pics. XM are my initials in greek - as I credit my two grandmothers with giving me the craft bug, one of whom only ever had the initials XM (same name as me), it is the least I can do.
Some of my other designed knit dresses are not signed and I will follow your suggestion to do so with a tag.
I appreciated also your kind comments on my sewing.
cheers,
Kristina

Too cool.
Today's haloscan ads: Safe Alternative to Botox and Lose 55 Lbs in 5 Months. Somehow, the strange randomness of those ads in the context of your blogs just adds to the fun.

Gorgeous!!!
Don't take this wrong - but do you really wear it to work?
I think you must be a fabulous lawyer!
You really look like Johnny Depp. Nice!

I in fact would wear KB's rocking straightjacket to work! It's sooo pretty!
Also, right on J.J.! The braided in back looks fab. That sounded wrong somehow...
Johnny Depp would be so lucky...

Maybe they removed Newt and Ann after my 50th strong letter or so!
Who is Imus? That's what mine says right now...
