Nobody can afford to live in Vancouver anymore, you'd have to live on the island... YES! You could be my neighbour!

But if you love NYC, somehow I don't think the island would be your cuppa. We are rubes here, no doubt about it.

I love the Island but I would never give up a reasonable chance to live in Manhattan. I'm kind of an all or nothing kinda boy.

If I lived on the Island, I couldn't hope for a better neighbour, you and I could make it worthwhile.

i've got to get into vancouver SOON and exchange for some u.s. greenbacks......i can hear hawaii calling (in other words i'm starting to sink into depression bit by bit).

save your money bruce! the states is headed for a major real estate dive as well as great britain....you never know when it's canada's turn.
