OH my goodness... too funny. Do you have a minute? Well I'll try and make it short and sweet. Nicholas, my #4 -- now 12. Ahhhh. He was only 5 at this time. One morning already for the bus, he runs upstairs, and yells "I've got to brush my teeth!" Then in mere seconds he is downstairs, winter hood on and out the door to the bus.

I get a call from the school: Your son is speaking with the school psychologist.

ME: HUH?
THEM: He won't take off his hood.

They suspect abuse. My mind is going in circles! I start to cry. I hang up. They call back.

THEM:It appears your son has shaved half his hair on one side of his head. ME: What????

Yes my sweet young man had run upstairs and taken one of the disposable razors his sisters had left out (!$#&) and shaved his head. Funny enough he had done 2 nice strokes on the right side of his head that made a huge heart shape.

Ahh these are the good ol' days.
