At Microsoft, a TAM was a Technical Account Manager. In support, sometimes we would get calls from TAMs who were attempting to help a customer themselves.

Figured it had to be something different in your context...

A Question for someone who has used the TAM/SAM method.

When using the TAM/SAM analysis method, how do you know when you have gathered enough information? Is it when your gut tells you it's enough or is it when you have exhausted and compiled volumes of data and someone else concludes that it's enough?
