"Mandolin Wind" by Rod Stewart?

Please tell me it is Freebird.

Also: KEITH HARING? Crazy. Guy barely even had hair.

Barenaked Ladies "If I had A Million Dollars"

Gotta be Freeeeburd.

Someone needs to find the 90s indie rock compilation (Matador, Merge, SubPop?) that had a photo of a grinning, 80s-era Bill Boggs on the cover. It was in the juke at 7B for a number of years.

unfortunately, NOT freebird

a little more obscure

'If I Needed Someone' - Beatles

??

If I Needed Someone - Beatles??

"If I could Turn Back Time" - Cher

If I am right, then you should be embarrassed, Hans.

OPINION QUESTION: i was in a book store that was playing obscure 80's pop so heavy on artfical drums, synthesizer and bad vocals I actually HAD to exit the store before my brain imploded. Ergo, my question is..

WHAT'S THE MOST HORRIBLE FORM OF MUSIC??

A) bad/dated 80's synth-pop
B) radio-friendly country music
C) malisma laced R & B sex tunes
D) boy band songs
E) southern rap

tough choice..

(*Hans, how about a new feature where you conduct opinion polls?)

hans, how much sleep do you require? you seem to stay up awful late.

boggs was always a pro at self promotion, im surprised bill boggs hasn't tried to capitalize on the fact that his name rhymes with blog

Yankees signed Johnny Damon.

Johnny Damon's arm is as bad as Pennington's.

"If I Were a Carpenter" by Bobby Darin

to answer D Lee's question - most Reggaeton is pretty damn hard to listen to.

(and yes, I know - "racist")

methinks the damon signing answers the $85 million question as to whether the yankees are losing money

solves the lead-off issue too

We get Edgar Renteria in our big free-agent signing last year. The Front Office hailed him as basically the Second Coming of Christ at Short, and he didn't do diddly. I'm thinking it's gonna be the same way with the Yankees getting Damon.
