sesame place was my FAVORITE amusement park as a kid. but i remember you had to go on a weekday and get there right when it opened or else it got too crowded. |

Hang in there, man. Moustaches don't grow themselves. |

I grew up in Scranton, PA...about an hour above Philly on the NE Extension of the PA turnpike and went to college in Pittsburgh...you must go visit Pittsburgh. I also lived in LA, Washington DC, Atlanta and NYC and Pittsburgh is my favorite city of them all. It has something special to it, but mayhaps you need to live there to really appreciate it. So many hidden gems amongst the hills of the old steel town. |

First of all, thanks for the shout-out. Second of all, I fucking love Michael Patrick Welch. I bought his self-published book, Commonplace, off of his Web site. He's nuts but sure can write. |

As somebody who went to Penn in the 80's, I look upon Philadelphia fondly. Believe it or not, the crime used to be much worse and the city has had a real resurgence in its older neighborhoods. It grows on you eventually - and it definitely has a great array of late nite junk food. |
