Let me guess, are you referring to the octopus that hangs down from the mobile on the Tiny Toys "Noah's Ark" activity mat? We have the same one and Milo was fixated on the octopus for WEEKS. Now he's switched his focus to the whale for some reason -- I'm guessing it's either the whale's rattle or its funky punk hairdo. Milo's been getting a good abs workout trying to get the silly thing in his mouth. It's hysterical to watch.

That's funny about the zero tolerance for being on his stomach. What does this mean for the future?

Olympic swimmer, front crawl – no.
Olympic swimmer, back stroke – yes!

Geologist – no.
Astronomer – yes!

Tall crane operator – no.
Auto mechanic – yes!

I guess he could do any of those usual standing or seated activities, but that may not play to his strengths.

I’m putting my money on Astronomer because, Daddy L, you’re pretty spacey anyway.
