Just cuz I feel like picking nits, it should be 'effect' not 'affect'. Maybe Harris is leaching from your brain?

I went back and forth on this one. Affect I believe means to influence and produce a change in something or someone.
So "The Harris Affect" physically acts on someone, having a certain effect on them.
But I could be totally wrong here (wouldn't be the first time). I'll have to dig out my Grammar book...

Erin I do believe you're right. It should be the Harris Effect. Fortunately this edit is almost instant.
