have you heard of timed elimination? if I had had ONE kid instead of TWINS maybe I would have given it a shot... our friends tried it and it worked great... of course, they started at 3 months.

Sky: My mom was talking about timed elimination just last night, and also mentioned we're a bit late. Apparently I was pooping regular by a year old. Huh. But it involves very scheduled feedings, something we're a little lax on.
