I can see the usefulness of such a book though. If a mum wants to get cosmetic surgery, she'll do it and her kids may as well find a way to accept it. It just probably wouldn't be a good idea to read it to your kids if your aren't getting any surgery, 'cos, like, who needs the extra pressure?
