What is an antisocial behaviour order ?
I'm not english, and I'm interested by the way judiciary systems work in other countries.
An ASBO is a partly effective contract given to people who act anti social. I think the idea is that if you break the contract (don't go to this or that street, don't rob old ladies or whatever) then you get punished.

Does this include the knd of behavior you see in the House of Commons?
Once again, an ASBO is an order to someone who commits crimes to stop committing them or you will be in real trouble next time.
As we can see from the news article, so far about half of the criminals are now in real trouble.
