create a guest worker program where any one who wnats to can coem over and work, with teh full benifits and obligations of citizanship (taxes, unemployment, ect.)
basicly you remove all the incentive busniesses have to importing illigal labor, make a level playing feild and let every one compeate on their tallents for jobs. No more whine abotu person X stealign my job (he gets paid the same, so the company had no econamic advantage to switching...if they switched its because he doe the job better)
