As someone who carries handcuffs in the course of his job, I have to say that was pretty neat. However, it won't be nearly that easy to do in actual practice. To start with there are numerous different models of cuffs in use out there (my staff uses 3 different models; primarily because we were able to get deals from different manufacturers at different times). Additionally, anyone applying cuffs to you becomes liable for any and all injuries you take which means that you will typically have a lot of scrutiny. Still, a very neat video. It might come in handy for the Bush crowd down the road at the Hague.
