I heard the report on CNN, and it was about what you'd expect. The Media Slaves actually sounded disappointed that the plane didn't crash or that there was anything more than "Oops, a minor problem so we're going to set down as a precaution, no trouble at all."

while that was happening i was just finishing up reading a passage in "nixonland" where nixon's team of "ratfuckers" played hell with the instrument readouts and scheduling of ed muskie's plane. causing him to miss stops, and to end up in unscheduled places. usually when muskie had policy pronouncements to put forward.
every time i hear about stuff like that, i wonder.
ends do not jsutify the means...you have a valid point, but trollign and spamming is not the way to get it across.
