Cindy McCain says she'll never release her tax returns
WASHINGTON - Cindy McCain says she will never make her tax returns public even if her husband wins the White House and she becomes the first lady.
"You know, my husband and I have been married 28 years and we have filed separate tax returns for 28 years. This is a privacy issue. My husband is the candidate," Cindy McCain, wife of Republican presidential nominee-in-waiting John McCain, said in an interview aired on NBC's "Today" on Thursday.
Asked if she would release her tax returns if she was first lady, Cindy McCain said: "No."

But if Michelle Obama had said it, you know it would be, "What Are The Obamas Trying To Hide?"

Moon walking bear is exactly what mccain is doing here. The clintons and the media are making this possible. I honestly think her staying in at this point is for that reason because the only thing she can do with the bamboozle she's perpetrating is to help john mccain and try to make back the $20M she owes herself and outstanding debt. She care nothing for the voters in the remaining states. Craven bitch. (Yes, I do mean that. Its the most fitting word to describe her at this point.)

Only one thing worries me at this point - if McCain does a Berlusconi & turns into The Invisible Candidate through the summer, the Dems won't have any fresh dirt to bury him with, & will look like they're just rehashing old news when they try to get him solely on his past record. Happily, I don't think McCain is either that camera-shy or that bright. His own ego is his worst enemy.
