I'd only add that the use of emails concerning the attorney firings sent through RNC or GWB-04 email systems also indicates that whatever they were doing didn't fall under official WH business and therefore shouldn't deserve executive privilege.

Point out to them that the Burger Court that issued that decision are the same merry band of crazed activist judges that gave us the extra-constitutional decision that is guaranteed to drive conservobots into fits of apoplexy: ROE.... v..... WAAAAADDDDEEEE!!1!!11!!
Now the fun part: ask them whether their STRICT CONSTRUCTIONIST HEROES like Clarence Thomas, Fat Tony Scalia, and Sammy Alito would uphold the notion of "Executive Privilege", and watch their little pointy heads a-splode.

What is wrong with them? Seriously, is Rogers right that they figured out the power of shame and decided to say, Fuck scruples? Fuck honor?
Every damn time they invoke privilege, or make a treasonous leak, or whatever the lie of the day is, I think the same thing: I don't typically lie to cover up having helped an old lady across the strteet but instead to cover up something I'm embarrassed by.
No one I know lies to cover up something they did unless they are profoundly embarrrassed by it, so what are they really doing? Because clearly it takes quite some level of incompetence, theft and immorality to make their embarrassment kick in.
