serr8d: have you considered that Obama has tried to earn that 92%? A couple of month back, and I remember a lot of commentary along the lines of "Obama better not take the black vote for granted." And he hasn't, as far as I am aware.

Actually, I thought it was a pretty good plug for Obama. :o)

If serrated's numbers are all true, Obama's getting:

44% of the female vote. (against a woman with the best name-recognition of any politician in america. :o) )

53% of the male vote. (Are 53% of male voters black? :o) )

40% of ALL democratic white voters. (Not too shabby for a brother. :o) )

And a WHOPPING 92% of all black voters.

Sheeeitt! I had no idee the "boy" was doin' so good. :o)

This is another brainfart by Obama. He HAS to stop moving to the right, or the voters, AND his supporters, will begin to perceive him as just another ass-kissing political opportunist.

Plus, he probably just lost Carter's endorsement, which, while not pivotal, sure as hell wouldn't have hurt.
