Thanks to the Quisling Senate of the United States, it's now a lot easier to ease this once-proud government into the darkness of a police state.
Now that things are clearer, we can dispense with all that mindless flummery about "rule of law," and settle back into government by executive fiat like other modern, up-to-date nations like Zimbabwe and Egypt.
This is jsut a law...the constitution overrules laws...if this is a violation to anyones 4 amendment rights the law will get killed by the courts.

This hasn't been the Law since before 1996. If I recall correctly, when the Telecom act of 1996 was being debated, someone like Conyers offered an amendment to the bill. It was the 4th Amendment word for word.
The Amendment was soundly rejected and the GOP majority in Congress explained that if the 4th Amendment of the Constitution was attached to the Telecom Act of 1996, then that entire law would have been void.
So the GOP admitted back in 1996 that the 4th Amendment to the US Constitution had been completely superseded by the passage of that law.
The 4th Amendment has been Null and Void for 12 years.
