I echo brat's commentary. Steve would have enjoyed himself last night after watching the good citizens of Iowa bringing down the curtain on the third act of Rudy's brief, hilarious run at the Republican nomination in 2008.

Noun, verb, 9/11. I've never forgiven Joe Biden for the bankruptcy bill, but he got off the one-liner of the campaign so far in describing Rudy Giuliani.

Actually, according to the NYT politics pages, Rudy campaigned 35 times in Iowa, Ron Paul campaigned 27, and Ron outpolled Rudy 3 to 1.
