If not, then I strongly suggest that the GNB announce whenever they're using made-up clips. Or Photoshoppes, for that matter.
OT, it was a mistake for Obama to appear on Fox, and double so for him to announce that the surge had succeeded past anyone's wildest dreams.
We have about 146,000 troops (more than were used in the invasion, itself) still trapped in Iraq in what amounts to a hostage situation. It's highly unlikely that Maliki and the "Iraqi government" could survive one month without the american military to back them up in their efforts to control the Sunni insurgents, and the Sadr militias.
That Obama persists in farting around with the idea of joining the "we're winning now" nonsense, is downright foolish. If nothing else, he should just keep his mouth shut about "winning", and keep pointing out that our troops are still dying there are about the rate of 1 a day, and that it's still costing us that $3 billion a week.
It's simple: sucking up to the right is the kiss of death, in this election.

Who was it who said that McCain belongs to the school of thought that it isn't the process that's wrong, it's the executive in charge that's not doing it right.
So after eight years of the Repugs doing the same thing expecting different results, McCain believes that when a different guy does the same thing, HE will bring about different results.
