Well, while we wait.

Here's some good news for Democrats on a local level. Our Mayor since 2000, supporter of renzi, bush, us chamber of commerce and pubbie lost in a landslide (64 -35) to a 28yo woman Democrat former defense attorney! She opposed him on everything and ran a progressive change inclusive campaign. Smarrrrrt lady and she's pretty fun too Plus, two women city council members beat out the two who were backed by the chamber of commerce. :D Finally, we have a council member who represents the forgotten neighborhoods! I'm thrilled. Our first woman Mayor who did NOT make gender an issue.... just her smarts!

Landslide for the real Change candidate! Hope.
