I've long maintained that conservatives can't create art because they have no souls. Here's another data point serving my thesis: this shit just isn't funny, and the truth is, it could have been.
But I may have to look into furthering the thesis: they apparently can't perform, either. Only one could sing a little bit, and even she shit the bed after the key change.
