Whee! The "Destroy the Village to Save It" strategy is working! As a Republican, I am thoroughly heartened by watching the synergy of American Taliban and NeoTrotskyites destroy the Party. Maybe, after all the dust settles and the Republicans are relegated to Serie B, they can get back to their roots and away from the lunatic fringe that they sold their souls to after Goldwater's loss.

Everytime I look at that logo, it just looks like "Elephant as Roadkill" to me.

The star for its eye is reminiscent of the cartoon convention of using an X for the eyes of dead critters.
