Thank you for for this. As someone who is transition (who isn't anyway?) it's wonderful to hear something that can open your heart.

Music was such a large part of my coming of age and becoming aware of the wider world, I once swore I would never let myself be out of touch with it. Much to my dismay, that is exactly what has happened. I still take comfort in the music of my college days, but I am almost completely disconnected from current trends and styles. I have turned into my parents.
Thanks, Doc. I can't wait to hear more.

I've been to several VT concerts in Rochester. She's a real treasure.

I'm more than taken with her music. The YouTubes of her in the recording studio reveal a woman of uncommon grace and power. A role model, even for a middle-aged lady like me.
Thanks for bringing her to the Lake!

I freakin' love Vienna Teng and cannot wait to see her live. We have all of her CD's and play them endlessly. What a talent.

Thanks for this, Jesse. I've been a fan of her music since hearing about her at angryasianman.com, and was lucky enough to catch her in concert a few times at UT. (Glad to see this site, which I heard about over at dkos - it just took me a while to be able to comment without thinking about Steve and TNB with a big hole in my heart.)
