US Diplomats got a wake-up call yesterday as Dr. Condoleeza Rice was sworn in. She reminded the State Dept. employees, in no uncertain terms, who their boss is, and whose mandates they will be carrying out...or else! Expect leaks ("she's impossible to work with") and early retirement announcements! She's the perfect pick to clean up that mess!
