Caitlin, making changes is good, but make sure you keep some good people around you. I am going through the same thing and you mentioning of being under-appreciated and disrespected sounds all too familiar. Going away to school could be the best decision you make: my one year at teachers college was the most fun experience I ever had. Anyway, I hope you start feeling better soon.
