I agree with the response because running isn't easy, and suggesting that a person should \"run easy\" can be intimidating for people.<br><br>However...<br><br>2. I disagree b/c I think the real intent behind the slogan is in the mindset of running easy. Even if you run your heart out, if you feel alive and exuberant, you've run easy. If you run at a comfortable pace just for the sake of being outdoors, you are running easy. <br><br>And I don't buy the whole running vs. jogging thing. I think the distinction is only in place to make some people feel better about themselves and their ability because they think they can distinguish themselves from others. I don't care how fast or slow a person runs.
