I've looked at the Encyclopedia of Immaturity in the bookstore. I had to quick hide it behind some romance novels when my husband came up behind me so he wouldn't be tempted to look. He really doesn't need anyone giving him ideas.

I love the choir thing!! Singing wasn't something I had in common with anyone in my family. I would have loved it if I could have shared it with someone. Teagan loves singing- so far- and loves being part of my music rehearsals at church. I have a feeling she'll want to sing with music team someday soon!
We get a ton of trick-or-treaters, too. It's pretty expensive and I still always run out!

I love Christmas caroling and Christmas choirs. It seems just about the only thing that remains innocent. I'll have to remember caroling when I start getting really grumpy in about 6 weeks!

Oh Candy handouts can be rough.. that is why we dont hand out.. we just go get candy from others LOL... seriously though, we never have any kids on our road!
I stopped handing out candy a couple of years ago when I realized that all the trick or treaters shaved.
I love that idea of a community choir, but I do think my daughter would drop-out if I joined up. What are you all singing?

Each time, I swear I will learn and extend the time on the DVR. Hasn't happened yet.
The volume on my computer was turned off so when that thing jumped up I was confused, not scared. I am glad I like it quiet -- it would have scared the crap outta me.
On our trick or treating route, one lady was standing out side of her house with a sign that said, "dentists don't recommend candy". She was giving out juice boxes and raisins. I wonder if her house was egged later?
Nothing ruins my day like the DVR cutting out the last few minutes (and the previews for next week) Grrrr!

Love the Friday fragments. We are deep into harvesting the soybeans and I have all the Strongbacks (farm hands) to feed until we are finished. What the heck am I doin' on this thing?

I had to go to the store to get more candy for the trick-or-treaters, having gone through a whole bag of assorted toosie roll stuff and two bag of suckers. We used all but a handful of the second three pound bag of tootsie roll things, too. And this year it WASN'T because I ate all the candy early, yay for me!
I'm shameful- I haven't been leaving comments- but I always read. I, too, go nutso at the last couple minutes of a show being cut off!!!

I HATE it when I go in for my brows and they mention my lip. I can't afford both, and my lip really isn't that bad. I think they do it by default.

We set our DVR to record 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after the shows are supposed to start and end... it usually works except on one channel when the guide is NEVER right. So annoying!!
