Gravatar tch. this is why I have a bike at home. got RTO a used weight bench this week for his upcoming birthday. I don't know if he'll keep up, but so far I'm doing better than I did the last few months of 2008. haven't weighed myself though. that got to be depressing. and I need to eat all the Christmas desserts first.

reading results are mixed so far.... we'll see if I fix that this weekend.


Gravatar Didn't you try out that PX90 program? How did that work out for you?


Gravatar I did, and I still use it in a modified manner. For me, I was clueless about strength training. Concerned that I was just running around in circles. So now, I continue to use those aspect of the program, but do cardio at the gym.

P90X doesn't use cardio every day (except for a warm up) and I like to do it 6 times a week.
